Who operates LionHour
LionHour is operated by Gapless Labs. This policy explains how Gapless Labs handles the limited information collected through the website.
Information collected
- Website views: LionHour uses Vercel Web Analytics to collect anonymized, aggregate website-view metrics.
- QR code tracking: LionHour records aggregate scans of its QR-code routes. The QR tracker does not store IP addresses or visitor identifiers.
- Feedback form: If you choose to send feedback, the information you submit through the linked Google Form is collected.
How information is used and stored
These measurements and feedback are used to improve site performance and LionHour's usefulness. Website-view metrics are processed by Vercel Web Analytics. Aggregate QR-code counts are stored in Upstash Redis. Feedback-form submissions are stored in Google Sheets through Google Forms.

LionHour uses Vercel, Upstash, and Google Forms/Google Sheets to provide these measurement and feedback features. LionHour does not sell personal information.
